Jalpur Gram Flour. Gram Flour is also known as chickpea flour, its finely milled Chana dhal. Chick Pea is widely used in curries as a thickener. It is an essential ingredient to make pakoras, onion bhajis. North Indian soup called Kadhi which consist of Gram Flour combine with yoghurt, besan and cooked spices.
