Gits Food established in 1963, is a legacy in the convenience packaged food segment in India. It was the first company to introduce the concept of Instant Mixes in India. The Medu Vada is a South Indian deep-fried fritter and is usually made in a doughnut-like shape with a crispy exterior and soft inside. The ingredients are Urad Dal, wheat flour, and spices. It can be accompanied with Coconut Chutney ( Cold Sauce) and also with a Lentil based vegetable stew (Sambhar).
