The Dosa is a traditional South Indian snack consisting of fermented rice and lentil flour to form a batter. The ready to cook savory has no added preservatives. It can be accompanied with Coconut Chutney ( Cold Sauce) and also with a Lentil based vegetable stew (Sambhar).
